1. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. So, please check this page before every booking. Once you confirm a booking, the terms shown on this page at that time will apply to you.

Also, any dispute related to our service will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.

2. Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal detail you share with us, such as your name, phone number, or email, stays safe with us. We use it only to confirm and manage your booking.

From time to time, we may update our privacy approach. Therefore, we suggest you revisit this page occasionally.

3. How Payment Works

• You can pay us by cash, bank transfer, UPI, or online payment.
• For a simple vehicle booking, we ask for 30% advance to confirm your slot. This advance is non-refundable.
• For a full package booking with vehicle and driver, we ask for 50% advance. This too is non-refundable.
• You can pay the remaining amount at pickup, whether that is your home, hotel, airport, or railway station.
• If your card or online payment fails, please call us right away. Otherwise, we may cancel your booking.
• Sometimes, online payments take a few hours to reflect in our account. So, we cannot confirm your booking until we actually receive the payment.

4. Outstation Km Basis Terms - Kilometers, Time, and Taxes

For outstation trips, here is how we calculate your billing:

• We start counting kilometers and time from our garage, and we stop the count when the vehicle returns to our garage.
• You need to pay toll tax, parking charges, and state tax directly.
• We charge a minimum of 250 kilometers per day for outstation trips.
• One full day runs from 5 AM to 10 PM. If you need the vehicle outside this window, extra hourly charges will apply.
• For safety reasons, we do not allow night travel through hill routes during winter fog.
• GST of 5% applies on your total transportation bill.

5. Package and Lump Sum Booking Rules

If you book a fixed package, these conditions apply:

• We fix one pickup point and one drop point. If you need multiple stops, please share this in writing before you pay the advance.
• Parking charges are extra and not part of the package amount.
• The quoted price covers only the places mentioned in your booking confirmation. If you wish to add new destinations, the price may change.
• Please avoid changing your route once the trip starts. If you must change it, additional charges could apply.

6. Local Use Within Delhi NCR

• Billing starts and ends at our garage.
• Minimum billing is 8 hours or 80 kilometers, whichever comes first.
• Night charges apply after 10 PM.
• If the vehicle looks unfit at pickup, please inform our office immediately by phone or email, before your trip begins.

7. Cancellation and Refund

We understand that plans can change. Here is how our cancellation process works:

• Please cancel only through our office, by phone or email. Do not ask the driver to cancel your trip.
• If you cancel after confirming your booking, your advance amount is non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 5 days of your travel date, we may charge up to 50% of your total booking value.
• We try our best to reduce cancellation charges wherever possible, though the above rules generally apply.
• Delays caused by traffic jams, roadblocks, accidents, or bad weather are beyond our control. So, we cannot take responsibility for these.

8. If the Vehicle Breaks Down

We maintain our fleet carefully. However, mechanical issues can still happen sometimes. If your vehicle breaks down mid-trip, we will do everything possible to help you continue your journey. That said, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown itself or any delay it causes.

Similarly, things like flight delays, road closures, landslides, or sudden illness are outside our control. We request your understanding in such situations.

9. Air Conditioning on Hill Routes

All our vehicles come with air conditioning. You may use AC on hill routes if this is confirmed in writing at the time of booking. However, our driver may switch off the AC briefly on steep climbs, purely for the vehicle's safety. Also, please note that AC does not work when the vehicle is parked or stationary.

Air conditioning does not work when the vehicle is parked or stopped.

10. Seasonal Price Changes

Our website shows standard, everyday rates. During weekends, holidays, and festival season, prices may go up slightly due to higher demand.

Additionally, if fuel prices or government taxes increase, our rates may adjust accordingly. We recommend confirming the final price with our team before you finalize your booking.

11. A Few More Things to Know

• Please tell us the purpose of your trip, whether it's a family outing, friends' trip, or a corporate group.
• Luggage space is limited. So, please check with us in writing beforehand.
• As a general rule, we expect luggage to be around half the number of passengers.
• Pets are not permitted inside the vehicle.
• Please carry a valid ID proof during your journey, as hotels and check-posts may ask for it.
